Beautiful place with lovely staffs Location is pretty tooWe did get a complimentary upgrade and the staffs go out of their way to make your stay comfortable

This is not about the property rather munnar itself, If you plan for excursion make sure you check the weather as monsoon time lots of excursion will be shutdown for safety reason

Location and Parking and to some extent food

Room was smelly with drain water kind of. Wash room Hand flusher was bad , water was leaking in bath room , Seems we were given a different room than the one booked and patched up by saying the break fast will be given complementary Overpriced in every aspects

i stay in Delax Room it locate in basement almost 50 feet lower compare to restaurant so mush of upcase step

Food was good.

Staffs we're very grumpy. Anything you ask them for they answer was no in the beginning and when persisted they would bring it after a very long time. Basic toiletries were not there in the room, and when asked it was provided after a long time. The front office staff gave a very bad impression in the first contact. Can have better front office staff who are more pleasing and well groomed. Price is way too high for the facilities provided. Cannot recommend the property to others.

Location is good and the restaurant is also good.

Rooms were not very spaceous

1:The Wolkenburg team's asset is their charming and dedicated staff. 2:The location and view from the premium room are the greatest in Moonar

Everything was excellent except for the pool water, which was quite dirty and had not been sterilized for at least a week. My daughter was disappointed that she could not use the pool because of its polluted state.

breakfast was below expectation. no much variation. food / restaurant had limited options of Veg Food.

Mainly -- LOT of improvement is required on Restaurant

they trick you and give you a room for which you have to take some 200 stairs , they don’t even bother to let you know before hand, they would say there is Jeep to take you down and get you to the main building , but irrespective of how many times you call, the Jeep doesn’t come.I had booked two rooms and we were a group of cousins , we wanted to chill at night but it was so difficult as they gave one room in the main building and the second room somewhere down.and no one cared to inform about the location, they claimed that we only booked the room but I have never come across a hotel in which I book two rooms and they are this far apart and even if it is they could have informed us about this entire Jeep business and I had just selected room for 5 people , it was auto generated the selection of room.anyway will never go again

there is nothing to like on this property.

will start with the welcoming process, when we got into the property there was security guy who is not even to capable to stand… then we walked into the reception… it wasn’t welcoming at all but they gave some welcome drink haha.. though we booked the queen suit they offered a cottage which is like bunker… no view nothing no fridge too in the room. which was ridiculous… the receptionist kind of confused about our requirement.. there was no interest from the folks to guid us what is in the property to explore… they do have swimming pool which is steep down around 500mtr + not sure how these guys expect customer to go to swimming pool.. it appears like they don’t want customers to go to swimming pool..in the dining area house flys everywhere, the Buffett dinner is just for sake of proving dinner not at all worth it. in my entire life time I have not seen/got omelet which I got from this resort it was like small portion of it (like idli size) I thought at least the omelet would be nice even that’s disappointed. overall i pissed off with their service offered by this resort.since there was no fridge we ordered a cake and I have to call them twice to bring it to the room finally it delivered to room and after delivering they asked do you need plate and spoons.. not how do they expect us to eat without.. overall it’s f*** terrible for experience in this resort and I don’t recommend this to anyone..

Apart from cleanliness nothing is good. Giving rating 1 only for cleanliness. Very untrained staff starting from reception to house keeping to kitchen. If you ask them for anything they will tell you I will confirm with my manager and let you know. Not a 4 start grade hotel. It should be rated as 3 start hotel. There was no hand wash in the washroom. If you ask for anything they will not understand in one go. Again someone may be the head/manager will call you to understand what you need. And the best part they have a swimming pool but it was around 1km walking distance by stairs so you have to think twice before going there. You can't take stroller there if you have infant or young child. And please don't dare to taste their food it's horrible. We ordered chicken hakka noodles-which was over boiled and bad smell of egg, we ordered fish finger- fish was not fresh and they charged 399 for 6 small fingers. They will irritate you to order dinner from 8pm since they have less guest and may be want to close the kitchen quickly however it is written on menu card that it is open till 10pm. One window was no curtain in one side which they didn't fix till the our last day.

The staff in the reception should be more informative about Munnar what places to visit and what time is best to visit. Event hough they tried it waw ineffective.Food in the restaurant and service there should be given more focus as food especially continental was no good.. the buffet breakfast was not getting refilled properly.. many of our request like a scrambled egg for the kid was not considered by the staff

The views from our hotel room were stunning. The staff were highly enthusiastic and very attentive to our family from when we reached! This is a new hotel that has opened up in the last year so all facilities were up to a great standard from the rooms to the pools to the restaurant.

We were the only guests in the hotel for the night we stayed and Booking.com only showed that there was one standard room and one executive room available which was more expensive. We had to book two rooms for our parents and then for myself and my husband so therefore had to pay the additional extra which felt a bit disappointing however I'm not sure whether this would be more down to booking.com and not the hotel.

We had a valley view which was a scenic beauty but what made it nore memorable was the courteousness of staff. Thank you so much everyone for making our Munnar vacation wonderful. Espescially Mr. Anil Nair from reservations, Mr. Gokul from front desk and Mr. Bimal from the restaurant.

The room and bathroom were very clean.The wifi was pretty good. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet. It's suitable for people looking for a decent room only and not the food.

The food in the restaurant is not up to the mark and expensive. Breakfast is included but food is served late and not replenished quickly. Had lunch on the first day.More than half the items on the menu were not available. Would definitely recommend to eat somewhere else..I went during the Pooja holidays and the staff were not experienced to take care of high volume of occupants. They were not very friendly and helpful.The parking lots are not enough during peak season.

The price is to costly, just for 1 night stay for 3 rooms we paid 15000k without food.In the room they kept biscuits chips and cool drinks but if we use we have pay extra amount other than room rent Not recommended

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for everyone

They have different packages and we were not aware of that. So we didn't have any complimentary breakfast. Staffs were good but , eventhough it's in southern state, the staffs were not able to communicate in other language , not even in english ,except Malayalam. Room is pretty good but it lacks basic amenities like balcony in some rooms.we paid rs.9000 for one room but didn't go well. Please change the receptionist if possible. She is not friendly and intuitive.
